We Usually Ship Orders Out The Same Day If the Order Arrives Before 12 PM MST. But Please Allow Us Up to 72 Hours Processing Time. Orders Are Only Shipped Out Monday-Thursday. We Do Not Ship Fridays As Packages Sit Sundays In The Post Office. We Often Ship Orders Placed After 12PM MST Thursdays And Before Friday 12 PM MST on Saturday But Do Not Guarantee This Service. The Office Is Closed On Weekends. We Ship Out Priority Mail Which is Usually 2-3 Business Days.
Do you ship your peptides with cold packs?
No we do not because it is not necessary. Peptides are protected with a bonding material for transport and can with stand unfavorable temp conditions with out being affected.
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. The items that we sell are chemicals and peptides and as such could degrade if improperly handled. As a result we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse.
There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals. The return must be within 15 days of the time of the purchase. Please contact us for more information.
If you feel that a research chemical was not up to standard we
ask that the client return the research chemical with the majority of the remaining
liquid still in it and we will replace it. We will also extend a
discount code to you for your trouble in returning it and to compensate
you for shipping costs.
If there is a legitimate issue then we will fix it. We only ask that you work with us on ensuring that our company remains safe against people who would be less than truthful in their accounts.
Peptides on the other hand, due to their fragile nature and us being unable to monitor how they were handled when they were out of our care, could possibly degrade. We prefer not to accept returns of peptides due to this fact. Although we will listen to all cases should the need arise. Please CONTACT US to discuss this.
If you are missing an item or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you.
If A refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept it though if its already been processed.
All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
If your shipment has been lost by the USPS and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by USPS and the delivery confirmation shows "delivered" then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE. It is suggested that customers have their orders shipped "signature only" if they have had delivery problems in the past or who want to ensure delivery. In other words, we aren't responsible for stolen mail. To request a "signature only" shipment, you must request this service in the "notes" field of the order page. Also, if for some reason the customer is requested to pick up a package at their local post office and does not follow through and the package is lost or destroyed as a result, we are not responsible.
